Mint Bag

A mint bag is a large bag that new coins from the US Mint are generally shipped in.

Morgan Dollar

A silver dollar produced from 1878 to 1904 and then in 1921. The Bland-Allison Act provided the authorization to produce this coin. The coin was designed by George T. Morgan who later would become chief engraver of the US Mint. See History of the Morgan Dollar. Although unpopular during its time, today it is one of the most popular coins for collectors.
